Stevee’s Story

Stevee was born in Las Vegas and raised in Conyers, Georgia. She studied Computer Information Systems at Livingstone College and now calls Charlotte home, where she works as a Senior Graphic Designer. She loves reading thriller novels and rewatching Scandal.

Stephen’s Story

Stephen grew up in Prince George’s County, Maryland, and studied Sports Management at Livingstone College. He now lives in Charlotte, where he works as a Corporate Golf Coach while continuing to pursue his professional golf career. He’s never far from a golf course, unless he’s relaxing at home with Stevee and Turbo.

Our Relationship

We met in 2015 at Livingstone College. Stevee on the volleyball team and Stephen on the golf team. As student-athletes, it was hard to miss each other. We bonded over the similarity of our names, with Stephen convinced at first that Stevee had to be joking about hers.

We’ve been talking ever since.

On our usual Friday morning walks with Turbo, Stephen got down on one knee and asked the question. It was September 20, 2024 and the rest is history.
